The staff were very polite and helpful. They even gave us a tour of the grounds. our zenana palace suite offered an amazing balcony view. the in-house jacuzzi was definitely a cherry on top!
I received a barrage of unwanted whatsapp calls and messages from different people before, during, and after our stay. A simple email would have sufficed.

chef rudra took care of our dietary preferences, which i really appreciated. food at bahami was nice, showcasing indian heritage, and it was an experience i won't soon forget, it was AMAZING!!!

Drishti took good care of us throughout the stay and constantly checked in. suresh gave us a nice fun ride on a vantage car. he also helped us capture nice photos. That was so thoughtful!!!

the rooms were kept impeccably clean. housekeeping ensured all our needs were taken care of. the private pool villa is a must. it had an open view of the landscaping!

I experienced MANY calls and messages through WhatsApp before, during, and after my stay. This felt intrusive. i also found breakfast underwhelming compared to other hotels i have visited. afternoon tea was unremarkable
